Little Consciousness Explorers is a gentle weekly class where children learn how to feel more grounded, confident and connected—skills that support them for life.​

Each session is calm, engaging and easy to follow.

Children experience:

• short stories or visual learning

• gentle discussions

• breathing and calming practices

• fun awareness activities

• reflection through drawing or sharing

• confidence and self-expression

• friendship, kindness and connection

• leadership and responsibility

• making choices and understanding consequences

Hi, I’m Stephanie, founder of Learning Sanctuary.

I’ve spent years exploring and practicing different approaches to emotional wellbeing, awareness and personal growth.

As a parent, I’ve seen how important it is for children to have a safe space where they can slow down, understand their emotions and feel confident in themselves.

Little Consciousness Explorers was created to give children exactly that — a calm, supportive environment to develop confidence, emotional understanding and inner balance from a young age.
