About the event
Little Consciousness Explorers joined the Family Festival at Victoria Park, Portsmouth, for a wonderful day of exploration, activities and connection with local families.
Throughout the day, children were invited to take part in short, interactive Little Consciousness Explorers mini sessions designed to introduce some of the life skills we explore in the full programme.
Through playful activities, conversations and practical experiences, children explored ideas around awareness, thoughts and feelings, breathing and calm, attention and perception — discovering that understanding ourselves and the way our minds work can be both meaningful and fun.
Families were also able to meet me, learn more about Little Consciousness Explorers and discover the different ways children can take part in the programme.
It was a lovely opportunity to bring LCE out into the Portsmouth community and give children a small taste of what we explore in our sessions. ❤️
